Barry White Tribute Acts: Everton Bigby

Everton started singing and playing the guitar at the age of five in his local church gospel choir in St Elizabeth, Jamaica. Throughout those early years, members of the church watched him sing and perform many times and were amazed at the progress he continued to make. When he grew up, he formed his own gospel group called ‘The Sons of Life Gospel Singers’ who went on to perform at many Gospel concerts.

Upon his arrival in England, Everton continued to sing in local church choirs where members started commenting on how much he looked and sounded like the legendary Mr Barry White. After a while, he started to listen to what they were saying and made the decision to market himself as a Barry White tribute act. This lead to a performance on the national television show ‘This Is My Moment’ and from there his career really started to take off which included a number of very successful tours.

If you’re a fan of Barry White and his music then you’ll absolutely love Everton’s tribute to this world renowned artist.
