Frankie Valli Tribute Bands: The Ragdolls

Frankie Valli tribute band (The Ragdolls) present the ultimate tribute to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. “The Ragdolls” JERSEY BOYS show tells the story of the remarkable rise to stardom of one of the most successful bands in pop music history, from the early days right through to being placed in the rock and roll hall of fame.

The band have supported artists like Lulu, Gerry and The Pacemakers, Marmalade and Alvin Stardust. They’ve done nationwide theatre tours, summer seasons at Blackpool’s North Pier plus many corporate and private events.

The first part of the show takes you back to where it all began with the band recreating cover versions of well known 50’s songs including hits like Still of The Night, Oh Carol, Teenager In Love and Why Do Fools Fall In Love. The band really set the scene here with their slick choreography and that unmistakable falsetto sound. Some of the songs in this first set are performed acoustically to show off the bands versatility and outstanding vocal harmonies.

The second half of the show is the party set where hits like Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, Ragdoll, Walk Like A Man, Grease and many more are flawlessly performed. The show builds up to a truly roof blowing finale where the red jackets come out and the room is electrified with a medley of unforgettable 50’s songs.

The Ragdolls are available as a 4 piece using studio quality backing tracks or with a live band. They have their own state of the art 7000 watt theatre quality sound system and a lighting rig to match, including a back projection.

This really is an excellent Frankie Valli tribute show that delivers in every respect.

“Went to the Appleby at Appleby Magna last night with family and friends and we had yet another fabulous night watching Shane and The Ragdolls, they really are amazing. I will cherish my signed CD and make sure I always try and get to see them when they do gigs in the Midlands. Love you to bits lads, thanks for a fantastic night” – Angela
