Maxine started performing at junior school, she put vocal groups together and they'd do little shows at break and dinner time. The headmaster recognised her raw talent even at this tender age and asked her to perform at the school disco.

She appeared on 'New Faces' as the lead vocalist in a band called 'Strange Rooms' then went on to perform in numerous touring productions as female lead singer.

The look and mannerisms are eerily accurate and Maxine revels in the power and emotion involved in each of Dusty's unforgettable ballads.

During her career she has travelled extensively, countries include: Cyprus, Majorca, Ibiza, Menorca, Italy, France, Sweden and Switzerland.
