The Bond Band is a 12 piece James Bond Tribute Band which performs the theme songs and best incidental music from all the James Bond films.

The Bond Band was an idea brought to life by Warren Ringham. Warren had already run a pop and soul covers band called The London Showband, which had already established itself as a top band. Performing all over the UK at functions ranging from weddings to corporate events, Warren realised there was a gap in the market for a Bond Band because at the time there was nothing else like it in the UK.

In 2005, The Bond Band was formed as a 12 piece live band. The aim of the band has always been to recreate the fantastic and totally unique sound of the James Bond Film scores. This was achieved by forming a dynamic line-up of Brass players brought together from the West End and London Orchestras to form a 6 piece section. The focus of the band was to keep the music 100% live, with no pre-recorded parts or midi file backing tracks. The result is a spectacular sound with top-drawer musicianship, an abundance of enthusiasm and an electrifying effect on every audience they perform for. The Bond Band works with various actors including a "Jaws" lookalike and of course a fabulous Sean Connery lookalike too! They come with their own sound and lighting system and they can provide background music when they aren't performing. All this means they can put together a special show your guests will never forget!

In 2007, coinciding with the release of the hugely popular Casino Royale, the band had its busiest period. It seemed everyone was having Bond themed parties. Right through the summer of 2007, the band travelled the length of the country from Hull in the north, to Margate in Kent. During this period, they performed to critical acclaim at the well-known and prestigious Sands Venue in Gainsborough, Lincoln.

At Hull University, they shared the stage with top Brit rock band McFly and made up part of the largest university ball of the year (a reported £100,000 spent on this event).

On July 29`h 2007, The Bond Band shared joint billing with the National Symphony Orchestra for the final Quex Prom in the Park and performed to an audience of over 6,000.

Now the band are hoping to corner the market for corporate events. This is a show not to be missed with their Licence to Thrill!

The Bond Band is available for corporate events and themed evenings, and is also excellent entertainment at weddings and parties.
