It's fair to say then that Ged Hone is one of the most experienced Jazz musicians in the land. His band are able to mix the varied nuances of the Jazz world with those of a private function where the music and performers have to blend subtly into the occasion.

In an age of electronic and digital music the 'Ged Hone Flex-Jazz Band' are still able to recreate the good time music that was born out of the Honky Tonks of New Orleans, the 'Speakeasies' of Chicago and the night clubs of Kansas City and 52nd Street in New York. This band of hugely talented and flexible musicians have taken this great music and adapted it to suit a wide variety of events.
