You recommended 'The Counterfeit Bee Gees' as an act for one of our tribute shows, what can I say, but absolutely fabulous. They are a credit to their profession and a credit to themselves. One could almost say the Bee Gees were actually there singing. The three artistes Joe, Tom and John looked the part and sang like the real Bee Gees. They had a fantastic light show and sound just like being in a theatre or large arena, they should be at the top of anyone's list booking a tribute band. I was not a Bee Gees fan but thanks to this act I am now, my wife will have nothing derogatory said about the original Bee Gees but she did say during the show that she thought she was watching the real Bee Gees, now that's a compliment to this tribute band. Nothing was too much trouble for the band they were ably assisted by, I think John's partner on the light show and Joe's son on sound, stunning! Hopefully they will come back to us, the sooner the better, our audience loved them, I have never seen so many people in their twilight years up dancing, singing and clapping along with each song, thank you so much What can I say about our other act from you 'Martin Gold' comedian, he, like the Bee Gees is the ultimate professional, he worked the audience in a casual and relaxed manner, what a showman. The gags were very slick and when he picked on members of the audience it was never in an offensive or derogatory manner, they loved him. It's no wonder this man gets rave reviews wherever he plays, a true gentleman and a must for any show wanting the cleanest of comedians. On a last note, the following day after the show I had to take my phone off the hook because of all the congratulatory phone calls regarding the show I was receiving, but that was not down to me, but to you and your company and the above fabulous artistes, please pass on my regards to all involved - Mr K.Wilshaw (Staffordshire) |

Dear John I know it's a bit late coming and I do apologise, please see the link below of the party we held for our clients 'Party Gaming' on the Thursday 21st August in the Botanical Gardens in Gibraltar. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your efficient coordination and to the band (Counterfeit Abba) who were absolutely amazing, a pleasure to have over, and who blew everybody's socks off with their talent, personality and likeness to Abba. All the clients said how fantastic they were, in fact the next day they asked about booking them again and having them flown over for Christmas! As international event organisers they come highly recommended and we look forward to having them with us at the next available opportunity. Emily Brown |

Dear Tony Re: Stockport Town Hall Centenary Finale Event - Sunday 13tn July I cannot let it go without writing to pass on my sincere thanks to you and all the hard working acts you provided me for your invaluable involvement part of the Stockport Town Hall Centenary Finale Event. I was very impressed with all the acts I booked and their efficiency in contacting me in advance with their technical requirements. Equally I was not disappointed with the quality of their performances on the night and the level of enthusiasm they all had. I booked Phil Fryer (Frank Sinatra), a lovely man who certainly did it his way! His vocal talents and even his looks attributed to Frank were absolutely splendid. I also booked The Cheatles, the cheeky four, had the crowds singing and dancing in the streets, their clothes and the instruments were great replicas from the era and their covers would have done the best die hard fan in the crowd proud. Counterfeit Abba performed all the hits you would expect with their own style and anticipated costume changes thrown in. The four piece were energetic and were a magnet to the audience who again, were singing along to all to the Abba hits. I would not have any hesitation in recommending any of these acts and when the time arises again, I need any tribute acts for future events you certainly will be my first stop! Best Wishes Samantha Tavernor |

I would just like to thank you very much for yet another fantastic night. We thought that we would struggle to top the evening we had last year with the Bee Gees tribute band, but you did it again. The Bohemians were absolutely fantastic, highly professional and we would strongly recommend them to any of your clients. Thank you once again, we put our full trust in your recommendation and again you came up trumps! Thank you, Thank you for a truly super tribute band. I will be in touch soon to select our next act. Thanks for sourcing Adam Carter as "Elvis" and comedian "Oliver" for our show, once again an outstanding success. Oliver was very funny and had the audience in stitches with his sense of humour and a good voice to match. As for Adam he was excellant he did more than he was engaged for, a great voice and a great personality, he had them rocking and rolling, singing, dancing all night. It's no wonder he gets rave reviews wherever he goes. Please pass on all our regards to the artistes for a superb night, I hope we treated them with the respect they both deserve. Ken Wilshaw |

Thanks once again for supplying two fabulous artstes for our show on 29th February. We had comedian Josh Daniels who had an unusual line in comedy, ranging from straight jokes to comedy songs plus guitar playing, what a showman, laughs from start to finish - brilliant! Finally "Cher" tribute Yvonne Haylen, the audience and myself, thought she was tremendous. A better end to the night I doubt we could find, she was not only a superb tribute but a lovely lady to boot, she gave the audience exactly what they wanted and more. Please pass on our thanks to both these artistes, they are a credit to their profession and quite rightly so. Ken Wilshaw |

I just wanted to thank you for arranging Elevation (U2 Tribute) to perform at my 40th birthday party. The band were fantastic, please pass on my utmost thanks to the guys, I would really appreciate it. In fact, if you could tell them the general view of the people there was (in the words of U2) "Even better than the real thing" Thanks! Neil Cleasby |

Hi John It's been a few weeks but wanted to let you know how fantastic Abba Revolution were on Saturday 29th. The evening was a runaway success and the band were truly brilliant. Not only did they put on a great show but they were also really lovely people and nothing was too much trouble. We managed to raise £3000 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer so an all round success! Guess what though?…I want to book them again for next year!! I've had so many requests for another one I thought I'd get in early and check dates. Are they available next year Sat 28th April? Let me know and I'll check if the hall is available. Hope to hear from you soon. Hayley Farrelly |

Sorry I've not mailed you sooner but I've been away on honeymoon. Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed Gary as Neil Diamond at our wedding a few weeks ago. He was absolutely spectacular. All the guests loved him, even the people who own the venue we hired came in to the marquee to see him. I didn't get a chance to thank him at the end of his set. He brought my Dad up to sing September Morn at one stage and it was so lovely. He had to whisper the lines to my Dad because he was too drunk to remember them. That memory will stay with me forever, it was a real high point of the day. Please pass my thanks on to Gary. I certainly had a unique and original wedding, I know I'm sounding a bit cliched but, I had the best day of my life and Gary certainly helped in making it so. Laura Macdonald

Hi John, just a short note to say thank you for all your help with regard to QEII. The lads arrived in Tripoli, musically, we had everything organized and even had time to organize a trip for the guys to see the Roman ruins at Sabratha. The Queens Birthday Party was a great success with over 300 people present - a record for an event like this. We do not have a huge British Community in Tripoli. We had a warm up band on first, then the raffle, a presentation to the British Ambassador and his wife followed by QEII. The place was rocking and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The lads were very personable and friendly and we enjoyed their company. British Airways have told me if I want to do this again - just ask and sponsorship will be there. Sincere Best Wishes |

We had the Cheatles perform at our wedding on the 25th of August. We would just like you to pass on our thanks to the band. They gave an excellent performance. Lots of people commented afterwards about how good they thought the band were and how much they looked and sounded like the real thing. Thanks for supplying us with them. Many Thanks Vanessa and Ian |

Hi Just wondered if you could pass on our thanks to Paul Warren (Robbie Tribute) for his outstanding performance and professionalism on Saturday night, he was pure genious and an absolute joy to watch. The audience loved him and everyone had a superb night. I will be passing on your details to the other David Lloyd Clubs and I know certainly the Southampton Club are interested. We are now looking into either an Abba, Freddie Mercury or George Michael night, please could you therefore advise on the costs for these? Once again, many thanks Juliet Gallop |
